We create private, bespoke Lapland holidays for families, friends and groups, designed around the people you are travelling with and the experiences you want to have. Think of it as an Arctic Retreat: time to unwind, spend time with your closest ones and enjoy the extraordinary outdoors of Finnish Lapland.
We host your group personally throughout your stay, taking care of the practicalities while sharing our local knowledge and favourite places. The planning process is easy and fun. It all starts with a planning call, where you can learn more about Lapland and us, while we get to know your group. From there, we start putting together the exciting parts of your holiday: where you’ll stay, what you’ll do, where you’ll eat and how you’d like to spend your time.

WHERE TO STAY IN LAPLAND
You can choose from a range of accommodation options, from your own log cabin with a fireplace or a luxury villa to glass igloos and small boutique resorts. These come with modern amenities and are located in beautiful, peaceful surroundings in the heart of Lapland. If a modern cabin sounds too easy, we can also take you further into the wilderness and arrange stays in remote wilderness cabins!
We’ll narrow down the options that best match your group, and you make the final decision about where you want to stay.
Our recommendation? Having your own cabin or villa is hard to beat. It gives your group a comfortable base to relax, enjoy a sauna and spend time together in a local way.
WINTER ACTIVITIES & OUTDOOR ADVENTURES
Our sports and activities take you into the Arctic winter wonderland. You can explore Lapland through:

We also organise cooking classes, local arts and crafts workshops and even make ice lanterns.
Everything we do is beginner-friendly, so you don’t need previous experience. You will pick up new skills and learn about the local culture. We adapt the pace to your group, whether you’d like relaxed days outdoors or more speed and adventure. How long you want to enjoy the outdoors each day is completely up to you. So is the pace.
WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED
You don’t need to arrive with the warmest winter clothing. High-quality Arctic clothing is included as part of your trip. You simply share your sizes with us and we’ll take care of the rest.
All equipment needed for your activities is included too, so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday rather than organising and hiring gear.
LOCAL LAPLAND EXPERIENCES
Traditional Nordic culture is part of our experiences. We want you to experience not only Lapland’s snowy landscapes, but also the ways people here live, relax and enjoy the Arctic.
Sauna: Slow Down & Warm Up
Unwind in a traditional Finnish sauna, relax in a hot tub surrounded by snow or challenge yourself with an ice dip. You won’t be dipping by yourself – we’ll show you how to do it the local way! If you’d like to book a Lapland yoga or stretching session, we can combine it with sauna time for an especially relaxing experience.
Lapland on the Plate
One of the highlights our visitors don’t always expect are the culinary experiences that Lapland has to offer. We tailor food experiences around your stay, from meals in the wilderness and traditional home cooking to the finest à la carte dining. You can enjoy local ingredients and culinary traditions at wilderness cafés, Kota fireplaces, homestays, cooking classes and fine-dining restaurants. And appetite comes easily when you’ve been having fun in the Arctic outdoors!
If you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want maximum relaxation, we can also arrange a private chef at your own cabin or villa.
PRIVATE TRIPS AROUND LAPLAND
We can also arrange private trips to some of Lapland’s most fascinating destinations, including Lainio Snow Village, Samiland Expedition, Santa Claus Village, the Arctic Circle. For the more adventure-minded, we can explore the highlands of Pallas, Halti and other stunning locations in the wilderness of Lapland and even extend these to longer hut to hut hikes!
YOU’RE OUR GUEST
You are our guest for the week, and we personally host your group throughout your stay – think of it as a holiday with locals. We pick you up from the airport, bring you to your cabin and take you to some of the best places during your stay. We’ll guide you through your activities and show you some of the most beautiful hidden spots in Lapland, whether we’re travelling by snowshoes, huskies or snowmobiles.
Everything is beginner-friendly, but if you want more speed or challenge, you’ll get it.
There is always flexibility in the daily plan. When you want some time to yourselves, that’s part of the holiday too.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO VISIT LAPLAND?
We generally recommend staying for around a week: 4 to 7 days gives you enough time to experience Arctic Lapland without feeling rushed. If you’d like to stay longer, we’re happy to suggest ideas for an extended stay or travel further with you.
Lapland has 8(!) distinct seasons, and even winter has several very different faces.
- For a first visit, December to February is an amazing time to experience deep winter, with Polar Night colours, Northern Lights and powder snow.
- If you prefer warmer temperatures and longer days, March to April is ideal. There’s still plenty of snow for winter activities, while the days become noticeably longer and brighter.

WHAT’S THE IDEAL GROUP SIZE?
These bespoke Arctic holidays are curated specifically for your group. As a general recommendation, we suggest a minimum of 4-5 people. There’s no real upper limit. We simply adapt the holiday to the size and needs of your group. There are more of us when there are more of you!
HOW MUCH DOES A BESPOKE LAPLAND HOLIDAY COST?
The price of your holiday depends on your accommodation, activities and group size. We match the offer with your budget and provide a personalised, all-inclusive cost, so you have a clear idea of what your holiday will cost and there are no unpleasant surprises.
These stays are typically all-inclusive, meaning you don’t have to spend your holiday figuring out the best arrangements yourself. And if you want to change the plans? That’s fine too. There’s no other plan than yours 😊
As a rough guide, a week-long private dream holiday in Lapland starts from around €2,300 per person, including all local costs.
